Reimagined Residences LLC is a family-owned homebuying and renovation company led by Eric S. Erickson and Susan L. Erickson. We purchase and renovate homes across Massachusetts’ North Shore and surrounding communities, creating welcoming spaces for their next owners.

Eric brings a background in real estate brokerage, mortgage finance, and property investment. Susan brings a chemical engineering background and professional project management experience. Together, we combine real estate knowledge with careful planning, practical problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Our renovation work began at 126 R Dragon Court in Woburn and has grown to include projects in Amesbury, South Hamilton, and Groveland. We approach each property individually, considering its character, condition, and opportunities to improve everyday living.
